Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Client Flow Photo at clientflow.photo (the “Service”), operated by Client Flow Photo (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Client Flow Photo helps photographers run pop-up headshot check-in: QR links, guest selfies and form responses, and matching boards. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• Beta or complimentary accounts may be provided at our discretion and can be modified or revoked.

3. Fees and payments

• Your first event may be free, as described on the site.
• Additional events are charged a one-time fee (currently $8 USD per event) via Stripe, unless your account is marked always-free.
• Fees are generally non-refundable once an event is unlocked, except where required by law or at our discretion.
• Prices may change; we will reflect current pricing in the product before you pay.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Upload content you do not have rights to collect or process.
• Attempt to break security, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in a deceptive way.

5. Guest data and photographer responsibilities

If you collect guest check-ins (including selfies and contact details), you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect that data, informing guests as required, and using the data only for legitimate headshot / delivery purposes related to your event. We process that data to provide the Service to you.

6. Content and license

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, store, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service. Guest submissions are made available to the owning photographer account.

7. Third-party services

Payments are handled by Stripe. Infrastructure may include Supabase and hosting providers. Their terms and privacy policies also apply to their processing.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that check-ins will meet every business or legal requirement for your shoot.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service, your events, or guest data you collect, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
